Military Talent Pipeline LLC is a pioneering professional networking resource dedicated to supporting military-connected individuals navigating career transitions. Founded by a Navy veteran with extensive expertise in Talent Acquisition, particularly within the military community, we understand the unique challenges and opportunities inherent in finding the right talent.

We improve the hiring process for companies and military-connected talent alike. We define military-connected talent as: Transitioning Military Professionals, Veterans with industry experience, Military Spouses, and Men and Women serving in the Guard and Reserve. 

Drawing from my experience spearheading military and diversity hiring initiatives at prominent organizations, I recognized a pressing need for a more efficient and cost-effective solution in this space. MTP utilizes recruiting expertise and a new talent networking/pipeline/subscription process to effectively introduce clients/employers to prescreened, qualified, and ready-to-interview diverse candidates.
